These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hosting services provided by HummingTribe ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HummingTribe provides S3-compatible object storage and shared web hosting services. Services are provisioned automatically upon successful payment and delivered via email credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the client portal. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
Upon cancellation or termination, all data associated with your account (including S3 buckets and hosting files) will be permanently deleted after the end of the billing period. It is your responsibility to export any data you wish to retain.
You agree not to use HummingTribe services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: distributing malware, hosting phishing content, infringing on intellectual property, or engaging in activities that violate applicable EU or Romanian law.
HummingTribe provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect.
